VTRAHE was founded by Neelam Afzal, a solicitor specialising in employment law with degrees from the University of Surrey and Birmingham City University, who has spent over 15 years working across legal and financial matters. She runs the firm hands on and is in the office daily, so the person whose name is on the door is the person who picks up your file.
According to figures from the International Organization for Migration, around 70,000+ people born in Russia now live in the UK, and Birmingham has a sizeable share of that community.
